Bank transfer requests are not activated automatically. The admin reviews proof, reference details, amount, and company information before approving or rejecting the request.
Refund eligibility depends on subscription status, usage, payment method, local rules, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through the available payment or manual channel.
You may request cancellation or package changes through support or the app where available. Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals but does not automatically remove operational records.
For payment review, refund questions, or billing corrections, contact support with your company name, package, payment reference, and proof when available.
