How IdeaPOS collects, protects, and uses account, company, POS, payment, device, and support data.
IdeaPOS may collect account details, company and branch records, staff and customer profiles, product data, POS orders, payment and subscription records, device identifiers, offline sync metadata, support messages, and session information needed to operate the service.
We use data to provide the POS service, manage subscriptions, secure accounts, process support requests, prepare invoices and reports, improve reliability, and maintain accurate business records for authorized company users.
We do not sell business data. Limited data may be shared with hosting, email, storage, payment review, support, or security providers only when needed to operate IdeaPOS or comply with lawful obligations.
We keep operational records for as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access is restricted by role, and sensitive tokens are stored as hashes where supported.
You may request access, correction, or deletion through the delete request page or support contact. Some records may need to be retained when required for invoices, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
