IdeaPOS is provided as a SaaS POS platform for authorized businesses. You are responsible for keeping account access secure, assigning proper roles, and ensuring the accuracy of products, prices, customers, taxes, and operational settings.
Packages may include limits for branches, staff users, customers, products, offline sales, multi-currency, barcode, weight scale, reports, and future modules. Features can change by package, billing status, or rollout stage.
Package checkout may support manual bank transfer and future online gateways. Manual transfer requests are reviewed by the system admin before a subscription is activated, renewed, or changed.
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, or use IdeaPOS for unlawful activities. Company owners remain responsible for legal compliance of sales, invoices, customer data, and staff activity.
We may update features, policies, or pricing with reasonable notice where practical. Access may be suspended for unpaid subscriptions, security concerns, abuse, or legal requirements.
